Social Media has taught us to post the highlight reels of our lives. Only the perfect parts. It has taught a generation of young girls to compare the inside of themselves to the outside of someone else. Our worlds are far from perfect. I’m over here doing last minute Dr. Seuss shirts, always folding laundry but never caught up, trying to figure out how to cook because that is not my jam, and just wanting to show up for my family and friends. Do I want everything to look like I have it together all the time? 100%. Is that possible? No. I don’t have time to be perfect. I’d rather be happily present over perfect. This is my inspiration for this collection. I hope you all love this as much as I do.
